🍳 Ingredients

  • 2 scrambled or hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices whole-grain toast
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • Coffee or tea (optional)
  • 16–20 oz of water

Instructions

  1. Cook or peel the eggs.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the avocado on the toast and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the berries on the side.
  5. Drink a full glass of water before or with breakfast.
